Our Services
Commercial Helical Pile Installation
Helical piles, also referred to as helical piers, resemble large steel screws that are advanced into the ground on a drive head attached to a backhoe or skid steer. The steel pile is drilled into the ground like a corkscrew. Soil torque is monitored every step of the way and actually increases the deeper the pile goes. Installers use a gauge attached to the drive head to keep track of the soil torque. They need to reach an exact level and torque to ensure foundation stability.
Resistance and Micro Pile Installation
Resistance piles (push piers) and micropiles provide stabilization for sinking or settling commercial buildings by transferring loads into deeper, competent soil or bedrock. Resistance piles are hydraulically driven end-bearing piers, while micropiles are drilled, grouted, and used where deeper or restricted-access foundations are required.
Helical Tieback Anchor Installation
Helical tieback anchors stabilize bowing, bulging, or inward-moving basement or foundation walls. Anchors are installed at an angle until proper torque is achieved, allowing walls to be stabilized and restored to their original position with minimal excavation and disruption.
